Portfolio management

PowerPPM brings together all the tasks that a project manager needs in relation to his team and his client. PowerPPM allows the project manager to manage his team, his schedule, his costs, his tasks, his risks and his change requests, but also to create reports with PowerBI. All this is integrated into MS Teams, which allows the storage and sharing of documents with his teams.
Resource management
A project manager cannot work alone. He must put together his team, plan his resources, but also monitor the results. PowerPPM and its Team Planner module enable the project manager to plan his resources by facilitating communication with team leaders and digitizing the validation of the provision of these resources. The Time4Teams module extends the control functionality by allowing team members to record the time spent on the various tasks. The project manager and supervisor can validate these hours, which automatically updates the status in the timeline.
