LMS365 and Microsoft 365 - The perfect combination!

An easy entry into the product world of Microsoft 365 through targeted training within the platform - it can be easy!

My last blog post was about the brilliant integration of LMS365 with Microsoft 365. As is so often the case with brilliance, it is not always possible to cover all aspects at the same time. For this reason, I would like to take a closer look at this function, which brings advantages in terms of both strategy and application.

Time and again, we see customers who want to introduce both Microsoft 365 and LMS365. Now you can consider introducing one or the other first (typically Microsoft 365 first).

However, the genius of these two products definitely lies in the combination. We recommend that our customers introduce Microsoft 365 and LMS365 at the same time. You're probably wondering why exactly... a step-by-step approach makes more sense. I usually agree with this statement, but not with these two products.

In LMS365, we can provision the content provided by Microsoft Learning Pathways and make it available to you as eLearning courses in LMS365. This means you can roll out Microsoft 365 to your users and enroll them in courses at the same time. There they will learn how to use the new Microsoft 365 products and how to use them in a targeted manner.

Automatically up-to-date

The contents of the courses are dynamically linked and are maintained directly by Microsoft. This means that your courses are always up to date without you having to do anything.

If you would also like to add your own content to the courses, you can easily integrate new content or entire modules in the backend. Typical examples of your own content are an introduction from a company perspective or a learning check (quiz) at the end of the course.

With the integration of Microsoft Learning Pathways, the following courses will be provisioned. In addition, Microsoft Learning Pathways will be available in 9 languages from January 2020 (9 languages).

Conclusion: fast, up-to-date, first-hand information

As an eLearning platform, LMS365 offers some nice features that promote the training and further education of your employees. The seamless integration not only with the Microsoft platform, but also with useful content is an additional big plus.
