Why is innobit taking a new path?
Do you remember the quote from my last post about process digitization? 'We do it this way because it's always been this way'. This is exactly the hurdle we faced again this time.
But then we questioned our entire quotation process. Was it still up to date? Couldn't we make it more customer-friendly? After all, converting Word files into PDFs and sending them is no longer particularly innovative.
So what is this new process?
From mid-March, innobit's quotations will no longer be sent as PDFs, but can be reviewed, commented on and signed online. Of course, the quotation can also be forwarded internally in the same format without any restrictions.

With the new process, we use innovative technology and can therefore provide our customers with an appropriate offer much more quickly. In addition, the entire process is completed more quickly so that the quotation process does not unnecessarily delay a project.
